Team Management: Shift resource planning aligning availability with the facility's operational needs to ensure maximum coverage. Training, performance evaluations, setting priorities
Planned Preventive Maintenance: Design, implement, preventative Maintenance (PPM) program for all Machines & Utilities in the plant and ensure full execution of plan.
Rapid Breakdown Response: Act as the primary technical lead for major failures, ensuring repairs are prioritized to protect production deadlines and oversee outsourced maintenance services when required
Inventory & Spare Parts Management: Monitor and maintain an optimal stock of spare parts and raise purchase indents to maintain minimum stock levels.
Utility & Facility Management: Oversee the plant’s infrastructure, including Diesel Generators (DG sets), air compressors, chillers, and UPS systems.
Safety & Compliance (SHE): Enforce strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) norms and Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all equipment and tools are operating safely and efficiently.
Financial Oversight: Manage the annual maintenance budget, drive in-house repair initiatives to reduce costs, and validate all bills for procured spares and services.
Reporting: Document activities, maintain logs, and report on maintenance status, costs.
