Role Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal operations at all times. Responsibilities include planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, managing repair works, and supervising maintenance teams. The supervisor will maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a maintenance team.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, with knowledge of industry best practices.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- A technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a manufacturing or production setting, is advantageous.
