Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor, located in Delhi, India. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repair work, and equipment upkeep to ensure uninterrupted operations. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, supervising maintenance staff, scheduling work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of all maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide maintenance teams
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in performing Maintenance & Repair as well as Troubleshooting tasks
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple maintenance activities
- Relevant experience in a similar role; exposure to construction-related maintenance is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
