Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Delhi, India. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensure the proper functioning of equipment, and implement preventive maintenance routines. The role also includes diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, and supervising a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills for effectively managing and guiding a team
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair procedures
- Ability to identify and resolve issues through Troubleshooting methods
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Experience in a similar role, particularly within the manufacturing or tools sector
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred
