Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Gangapur. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team, manage equipment repairs, ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed, and perform troubleshooting to address equipment issues promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair methods
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate a maintenance team effectively
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency with maintenance tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, forging, or metals industry is preferred
