Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations within assigned facility of a Luxury Retail Brand. The role includes planning and supervising preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, monitoring housekeeping services and ensuring equipment and infrastructure are functioning safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and guide maintenance staff, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work complies with safety standards and company procedures. Daily responsibilities also involve troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating with vendors and service providers, maintaining maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement in facility reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess equipment maintenance skills, including routine servicing and ensuring optimal operating conditions.
- Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills, including planning, scheduling, and implementing maintenance programs.
- Candidates should possess housekeeping, hygiene, maintenance & repair skills, including hands-on repair of mechanical, electrical, or building systems.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing technical issues and implementing timely, effective solutions.
- Relevant experience in facilities management, industrial maintenance, or building services supervision.
- Good understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
