Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Maintenance/Shutdown Planner. The Planner will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency during planned and unplanned shutdowns. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, planning resources, materials, and tools required for maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position also requires analyzing maintenance data to improve planning processes and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance Scheduling, Resource Allocation, and Project Planning
- Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Planning and Shutdown Processes
- Experience with tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to maintenance and operational processes
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in industrial maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in energy or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage
