Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Scheduler role based in the Pune Division. The Maintenance Scheduler will manage and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that work is planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, allocating resources, using Maximo and other systems for planning, and collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Additionally, the role requires frequent communication with various teams to ensure seamless operations and timely updates.
Qualifications
- Develop and maintain a high-quality, optimized functional maintenance schedule aligned with site integration standards
- Ensure all scheduled activities support safe and efficient work execution
- Follow Global Work Management and Activity Integration processes, monitoring KPIs and addressing deviations
- Perform campaigning and nesting of activities to minimize equipment downtime
- Conduct resource leveling based on availability and operational priorities
- Assess readiness of activities and reschedule where required
- Ensure accurate entry of non-core crew mobilization data into regional logistics systems
- Publish and communicate schedules across short, medium, and long-term timeframes
- Analyze schedule non-attainment and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate reviews of execution efficiency performance
- Recommend execution strategies based on functional and site constraints
- Provide solutions when resource or operational constraints are exceeded
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in maintenance scheduling/planning
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SAP PM module (mandatory)
- Strong background in Oil & Gas / Chemical / Process industry (mandatory)
- Experience in offshore operations is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in UK/US shifts
