Located in Avondale, in the heart of beautiful Wicklow our treetop walk is expected to attract over 250,000 visitors per year and will continue to be one of the top tourist attractions in Ireland. We aim to provide customers with an amazing outdoor adventure and therefore want to develop a team of people who share our energy and enthusiasm for delivering superb experiences and want to grow alongside us.

Who Are We Looking For
The ideal candidate will be able to balance maintenance requirements and guiding customers along the walkway experience
Take part in all necessary installation, repair and upkeep operations required of all facilities including the Treetop Walkway and Tower, the slide, shop, sanitary block and storage facilities
Complete daily safety walks of Treetop Walkway and Tower
Play a part in our Sustainability Program ensuring we continue to set a leading example in Ireland in our commitment to sustainability
Support the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring site is opened/closed to set standards
Monitor the overall facility function, as well as ensuring the safety of all systems
Sailing Instructors
Action all necessary cleaning aspects to the site
What You Need
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities upkeep, carpentry, or a similar field is preferred
- Good understanding of the technical features involving plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
- Proven experience in use of maintenance machinery and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
- Work well in a team environment and ability to communicate
- Proactive and innovative mindset to develop the attraction for the visitor
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to enable our customer experience
- Flexible and Adaptable
