Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage erection, installation, and commissioning of plant equipment.
• Execute pre-commissioning and post-commissioning activities.
• Ensure installation and commissioning as per design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, QA, and Project teams.
• Maintain equipment history records and commissioning documentation.
• Plan preventive maintenance and ensure availability of critical spares.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.

Preferred Profile
• Experience in Specialty Chemicals, Pharma, or Petrochemical Industries.
• Exposure to multi-plant commissioning projects.
• Strong understanding of safety systems and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
