Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role based in Australia. The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring all equipment and infrastructure are functioning efficiently. Daily responsibilities include coordinating repairs, managing service schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a secure and operational workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage maintenance teams
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Expertise in Maintenance Management and the ability to oversee workflow effectively
- Hands-on skills in Maintenance and Repair work
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Technical certification or a degree in an engineering or related field preferred
- Prior experience in managing maintenance operations is a significant advantage
