Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensure preventive maintenance is conducted effectively, and manage overall maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality of the facility. The role also involves supervising maintenance teams, implementing maintenance management systems, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage the maintenance team.
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and longevity of equipment.
- Experience in Maintenance Management, including planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of industrial and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations within industrial environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
- Experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities is a plus.
