Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure all machinery and equipment operate efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance, managing equipment repairs, and optimizing maintenance processes to ensure reliability and safety. You will work closely with technical teams to address operational challenges and improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
- Experience in Maintenance Management, including planning and optimizing workflows
- Proficiency in handling Maintenance & Repair activities for various systems and equipment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of fire safety systems and compliance standards is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Piping field
- Prior experience in a maintenance management role (in fire & safety industry) is preferred
Salary bracket: 25,000-30,000 INR.
