Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee all activities related to the repair, upkeep, and efficient functioning of equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and implementing effective maintenance and repair strategies to ensure minimal downtime and enhanced operational efficiency. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards through effective management practices.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills with experience in leading and managing maintenance teams
- Comprehensive knowledge in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management, including planning and execution
- Hands-on expertise in Maintenance & Repair to promptly address technical issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to ensure adherence to workplace safety and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in managing maintenance operations in industrial environments is desirable
