Role Description
· Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for retail stores.
· Ensure all store equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fixtures are functioning properly.
· Conduct regular inspections of stores and identify maintenance requirements.
· Coordinate with external contractors and service vendors for repairs and maintenance activities.
· Monitor maintenance budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational costs.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
· Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and operational issues.
· Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, and asset documentation.
· Support new store openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
· Collaborate with store operations teams to minimize business disruption during maintenance work.
· Track service quality and vendor performance through periodic reviews.
