Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role includes planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring minimal downtime in production. The Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also involve troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining maintenance records, optimizing maintenance processes, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve reliability. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance management, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong maintenance management skills, including Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess solid technical abilities in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess effective Supervisory Skills for leading and developing maintenance teams.
- Relevant engineering or technical diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial discipline is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or solar/renewable energy environments and familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced production setting.
