Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Sector 6. The Maintenance Manager will be tasked with overseeing, planning, and implementing routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, managing maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining equipment inventory, and collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance techniques
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostic processes for machinery and equipment maintenance
- Leadership and team management experience, with strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for managing operations and addressing maintenance concerns
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in maintenance management or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
