About This Role
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager with strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and overall facility upkeep for cafés/restaurants. The ideal candidate understands the pace of hospitality operations and can ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all technical assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all café/restaurant equipment is operational with minimal downtime.
- Manage daily facility checks, breakdown calls, and service requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors, AMC partners, and service technicians.
- Maintain maintenance logs, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules across all outlets.
- Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance related to equipment and facilities.
- Support new outlet openings with equipment installation and setup.
- Lead and train the maintenance team.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality (QSR, cafés, restaurants, hotels).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and basic electricals.
- Willingness to travel across outlets as needed.
- Open to manage responsibilities across multiple cities.
