We’re currently seeking a
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Main responsibilities and duties :
- Is accountable for the maintenance activities of the entire plant, and for meeting predefined objective.
- Is responsible for the availability of industrial equipment and maintaining its operational safety.
- Contributes to the development of specifications for new equipment in cooperation with the Technical Group.
- Helps install new production equipment.
- Defines and deploys, in cooperation with Team Leaders preventive and corrective maintenance actions in order to achieve performance objectives and organise the management of spare-parts maintenance.
- Manages the staff placed under his responsibility and makes proposals concerning further developments (training, organisation, assessments, etc.).
- Develops, proposes and controls his department's budget.
- Defines and implements a policy of continuous improvement by applying the rules in force and the policies of the Management. Must also participate in Plant activities and APU QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings.
- Is accountable for the conducting of periodic mandatory and regulatory inspections of facilities and equipment, and for having corrective actions performed.
- Fullfillment of requirements of ISO 50001:2018
Requirements :
Qualifications et Experience
- Bachelor/ Diploma (Electrical)
- minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry in maintenance with ISO 50001:2018 certification
Professional abilities
- Good communication skills, teamwork, analytical mind, rigor, strong leadership.
- Ability to manage a team, sense of service, rigour, responsiveness, availability, management sense, capacity to analyse and synthesise.
- Good command of IT equipment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Proficiency in English
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 50001:2018.
- Robot maintenance.
- PLC & HMI Programming
- IATF documentation
Localization: Pune, INDIA.
Contract type: Permanent.
