Hiring: Maintenance Lead | Dholpur
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Lead to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all plant utilities, preventive maintenance planning, breakdown management, energy efficiency, and vendor coordination.

Experience Required:
8–10 years in Industrial Maintenance
3–5 years in a Maintenance Lead role preferred
Salary:
₹2.5 – ₹5.5 LPA CTC + On-call Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
• Handle refrigeration systems, HVAC, boilers, DGs, transformers & utilities
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimum downtime
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory & vendor coordination
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, LOTO & statutory inspections
• Coordinate with OEMs and external service providers
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Preferred Skills:
• Ammonia/Freon refrigeration systems
• HVAC, AHU, chillers & condensers
• Boiler & steam systems
• Electrical systems (LT/HT, DG, MCC, Transformer)
• CMMS/ERP handling
• Vendor management & troubleshooting
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Additional Requirements:
• Hindi communication is essential
• Ammonia refrigeration certification preferred
• Experience in process plant / cold-chain industry is a plus
