Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirupati Urban for a Maintenance Executive. The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently. Key tasks include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining systems and machinery, coordinating maintenance schedules, keeping records of work and maintenance plans, and responding promptly to repair requests to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in equipment maintenance, system troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to execute preventive maintenance schedules and address operational issues proactively
- Familiarity with maintaining facility systems and machinery across various departments
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for coordinating maintenance activities with multiple teams
- At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in equipment or facility maintenance, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry, is a plus
- Flexibility to work in a hands-on, on-site role in Tirupati Urban
