Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Executive based in Vadodara. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting process engineering activities. The Maintenance Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Understanding of technical and safety standards; familiarity with equipment documentation and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, software, and systems for schedule planning and execution
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Educational qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field; prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an added advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara
- Strong knowledge in injectable formulation process equipments.
- Background from injectable pharma process equipment maintenance only.
