Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Executive at Bharat Rubber Works Pvt. Ltd., located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, and adhering to maintenance schedules. The Maintenance Executive will play a key role in ensuring minimal downtime, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other teams for effective upkeep of machinery and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems and ability to operate relevant tools
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to maintenance schedules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is preferred
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage
