Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Sriperumbudur. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment through regular maintenance and necessary repairs. Duties include implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and addressing equipment issues, conducting electrical maintenance, and contributing to the ongoing optimization of production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Maintenance Engineering
- Experience in conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Strong skills in Electrical Maintenance to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Sound knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Ability to analyze and optimize machinery performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively
