Role Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Daily tasks will include executing preventive maintenance plans, performing corrective actions on mechanical and electrical systems, and collaborating with the operations team to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Equipment Repair
- Proficiency in Maintenance Engineering, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practices
- Expertise in Electrical Maintenance and diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in industrial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in technical textiles manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage
