Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Kalol Taluka. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and performing routine maintenance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of equipment. The role includes implementing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts and adherence to safety protocols will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Maintenance Engineering
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance to identify and mitigate potential equipment issues
- Knowledge of MTTR-MTBF and kaizen and routine breakdown Report work on daily bases
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
