AV Consumables started in 2010 and is a fast growing medical consumables manufacturing organization located in Changodar-Moraiya, Ahmedabad. We have more than 10 injection molding machines in addition to automatic assembly lines, hot and cold runner molds and other infrastructure.
AV Consumables supplies lab disposable products throughout 20+ states in India and have entered into International Market as well. AV Consumables is an ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 13485/2016, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as medical manufacturing company, CDCSO – Drug License and EU-CE certified for our products.
Key Skill: Can do repair and preventive maintenance of injection molding machines - all electric & hydraulic
Education: Diploma / Bachelors in mechanical / Electronic Engineer
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Ahmedabad-Changodar.
Salary: As per Market Standard
Role Description
- Attending breakdown problems, preventive Maintenance of injection Molding Machine & Auxiliary equipment handling.
- Erection & Commissioning of Injection Molding Machine including plumbing & Electrical set-up
- To ensure that all machine and auxiliary equipment are working and in optimal condition for optimal speed/output and accordingly produce acceptable quality products.
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
- In-house maintenance and repair of machines (injection molding, Auxiliary and assembly line)
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of Machine to ensure functionality
- Control and monitor spare parts inventory.
- To conduct preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for all the electrical panels, electrical motors, parts and witches in the plastic production machineries and ensure to have it recorded in machine history card and AM/PM checklist.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience is mandatory in handling all types of electric and hydraulic injection molding machines, compressors, and other auxiliary equipment.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems & preventive machine maintenance etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities injection molding machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
