Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all machines operate efficiently and meet production targets.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely maintenance without affecting output.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance within appliance manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and automation (preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
