Role Description
1. Maintenance Electrician
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
Troubleshoot PLC systems, motors, control panels, and wiring circuits.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and codes.
Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and blueprints.
2. Mechanical Fitter/Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Execute mechanical repairs and overhauls on production equipment and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Conduct alignment, leveling, and installation of new machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and perform lubrications and parts replacements.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement long-term fixes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Experience and knowledge in Electrical Maintenance
- Technical understanding of mechanical and plant engineering processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently with a high level of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or aluminum extrusion industries is a plus
