Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot heat treatment furnaces (Batch/Continuous).
- Handle temperature control systems, thermocouples, PID controllers, and PLC panels.
- Ensure proper functioning of heating elements, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in motors, drives (VFD), sensors, and instrumentation.
- Maintain electrical wiring, panels, MCC, and distribution systems.
- Support calibration of temperature and process control instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdown reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in Electrical Maintenance and working with electricity systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to electrical equipment
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair of machinery and industrial equipment
- Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational continuity
- Understanding of safety regulations and standards relating to electrical systems
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
