Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Maintenance Assistant Manager based in Gurugram. The Maintenance Assistant Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, including supervising maintenance staff, implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and managing maintenance schedules. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading and managing maintenance teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in implementing and managing Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure consistent equipment performance.
- Expertise in Maintenance Management, including planning, scheduling, and budget management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in industrial or electrical equipment maintenance is a plus.
