We’re Hiring – Mainframe Administrator (IBM z/VSE)
Location: PAN India
Experience: 7–10 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Administrator with strong expertise in IBM z/VSE to provide L2/L3 production support and deliver enhancements for mission-critical applications in a 24x7 environment and excellent communication skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with IBM z/VSE
- Strong communication skills (client-facing role)
- Experience in production support (L2/L3)
- Knowledge of VSE JCL, VSE/POWER, and batch operations
- Experience with CICS on z/VSE
- Understanding of VSAM (KSDS, ESDS, RRDS)
- Exposure to TCP/IP, FTP/SFTP, and file-based integrations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Good to Have
- Experience in COBOL for debugging and enhancements
- Exposure to VSEn / VSE Navigator
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end production support including incident management, service requests, and problem resolution within SLAs
- Lead P1/P2 incident bridges, ensuring quick resolution and clear stakeholder communication
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes
- Deliver enhancements including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Manage change and release activities, including implementation and backout plans
- Ensure batch and online system stability aligned with business timelines
- Support connectivity and integrations critical for supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain audit-ready documentation
