Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of mainframe analysts to ensure effective project delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and ADABAS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide business analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in mainframe development.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on team progress.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in mainframe application development and support using COBOL, JCL, ADABAS, and core mainframe technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder interaction, and business analysis activities.
