Human Resources Coordinator

Mailroom Systems Inc. is a family owned mail processing company in West Reading. We are currently seeking a strong full time HR Coordinator.

This is an upper management position that is heavily hands on; the HR Coordinator is the only HR personnel in the office and has roughly 60 employees to service on a daily basis.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Complete all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Recruiting, Onboarding and Termination
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employee records
  • Assist with performance management procedures
  • Complete payroll on a weekly basis along with associated their associated reports 
  • Administration of Benefits and Worker’s Compensation; Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Support other assigned functions

Requirements

  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years’ experience within the HR field and/or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity
  • HRIS Experience
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
