Senior PHP Engineer

Senior PHP Engineer MailerLite is a design-focused email marketing tool used by over 800,000 small businesses and startups worldwide. We're looking for a senior PHP engineer to join our growing remote team. As a senior PHP engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our core platform and APIs. You'll work on a wide range of projects, from improving our user experience to building new integrations and features. What you'll do: - Develop and maintain our PHP codebase - Work on our APIs and integrations - Optimize performance and scalability - Participate in code reviews and pair programming - Collaborate with other teams (design, marketing, customer support, etc.) - Mentor more junior engineers What we're looking for: - 5+ years of experience in PHP development - Proficient in modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) - Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Passion for building high-quality software - Experience with remote work is a plus About MailerLite MailerLite is a design-focused email marketing tool used by over 800,000 small businesses and startups worldwide.
