We are a team of kind and committed professionals who support and inspire each other to deliver exceptional service.<br><strong><br>Benefits:</strong><br>• Competitive Pay<br>• Earn $16-$19/hr based on performance & reliability (after training has been completed)<br>• Flexible schedule - we will build a schedule that works for you!<br>•Monday through Friday<br>•Performance-based pay incentives<br>•Get paid for your drive time (job to job), mileage reimbursement ($O.70/mile between jobs) + keep 100% of tips.<br>•Paid Time Off (after the first year of employment) 35 Hours or more a week.<br>•Friendly and supportive culture<br>•Career Advancement<br><br><strong>Daily Responsibilities:<br></strong>• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.<br>• Performing interior cleaning.<br>• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.<br>• Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.<br>• Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.<br>• Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.<br>• Home organization, staging, and beautification.<br><br><strong>Experience and Requirements:</strong><br>• Previous cleaning experience preferred. Training will be provided <br>• Excellent customer service skills.<br>• Punctual and reliable with strong time management.<br>•Detail-oriented and love to make things look good and shine.<br>• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.<br>• Ability to stand for long periods of time.<br>• Willing to work in homes that have pets.<br>• Must have a car and a valid drivers license<br>• Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)<br><br>Yes!!
