CAD Administrator-Creo (Pune, IN)

Your Contribution

• We are looking for an experienced CAD Administrator – Creo to provide application, environment, and user support for engineering CAD systems within a global automotive environment. The role focuses on the administration, configuration, deployment, and operational support of CAD applications, with strong emphasis on Creo and related engineering tools.
• Provide application and operational support in the CAD domain, primarily for Creo, including SolidWorks and Autodesk applications, ensuring stable and efficient engineering environments for global users.
• CAD environment setup and maintenance
• Silent installations and deployments of CAD applications
• License management and troubleshooting for CAD tools
• User support for medium-complexity technical issues
• CAD application operations and lifecycle support
• CAD OEM environment configuration and optimization

 

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD / PLM / CAE (add-on) environment administration, with a strong background in automotive industry engineering environments.
• Provide application support for engineering CAD systems, mainly Creo.
• Create, configure, and maintain Creo environments.
• Support and administer SolidWorks and Autodesk applications
• Manage and support multiple customer-specific Creo environments
• Customize and configure Creo applications based on business and project needs
• Deliver global user support across geographically distributed teams
• Support engineering license provisioning and usage monitoring
• Collaborate on PLM application integrations
• Ensure stable operation of CAD applications in Windows-based environments

Support standard engineering workplace tools (Microsoft Office)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Experience in automotive supplier industry environments (preferred)
• Exposure to ITIL-based support methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex CAD environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Adaptability to diverse work cultures and global teams
