About the role

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Provide manufacturing inputs for business case and manufacturing strategy
Own make‑vs‑buy decisions and manufacturing budget assumptions
Drive manufacturing feasibility inputs during system target setting
Enable DFA/DFM convergence in engineering drawings and RFQs
Lead prototype and build execution across all gateways
Ensure availability of parts, facilities and processes aligned to milestones
Deliver manufacturing TCP targets on cost, quality and timelines
Oversee plant readiness, installation and commissioning activities
Ensure smooth SOP handover with quality and process sign‑offs
Track manufacturing budgets, risks and deviations and escalate proactively
