About the role
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
The capability building manager is responsible for developing best in class Manpower Practices at M&M Dealerships to improve overall organisation leadership.
- Create and monitor adherence to the HR process manual for dealership, covering the entire employee lifecycle.
- Develop and define a framework for Talent Management for the talent pool at dealership level, and ensure effective implementation by FFT managers.
- Develop and monitor the retention strategy and incentive scheme for top performers at dealership
- Design and roll-out of capability building programs for Dealer HR and Dealer Leadership and managerial roles.
Design and roll-out New dealership induction programs
- Design and monitor the framework for measuring engagement at dealerships through pulse survey. Train FFTs on the survey - its interpretation and action planning.
- Creating and updating the repository of policy documents for manpower management at dealership including aspects like anti-poach, renumeration, leave policy, POSH guidelines, employee benefits etc.
Education Qualification
MBA; Bachelor of Engineering; MBA in Human Resources
General Experience
5-7 years
