About the role
As a Manager - Product Development at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient design and development of electrical systems for construction machines and heavy vehicles. Some of your key deliverables include:
Designing electrical schematics and circuits in CHS
Assembling electrical systems on CATIA and prototypes
Modifying parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations
Analyzing failures and implementing permanent solutions for electrical design deficiencies
Optimizing performance, reliability, and cost targets of electrical systems
Ensuring compliance with standards while releasing drawings and SOR
Driving innovation at product and development process level
Collaborating with other teams to achieve quality, cost, and time objectives
Releasing engineering documents timely and identifying critical areas in manufacture and assembly
Documenting learning, technical reports, and failure analysis
