Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join as a MAHILA CAREER AGENT in an on-site, full-time role located in Kurnool. As a MAHILA CAREER AGENT, your daily responsibilities include promoting LIC policies, providing personalized financial advice, and developing long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining policy benefits, and guiding them in making informed decisions about insurance and investments. Ensuring excellent client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Ability to conduct research and identify potential sales opportunities
• Time management and organizational skills to ensure client follow-ups and achieve targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is a plus
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with the local community in Kurnool is an advantage for building networks
