About the Role
We’re hiring a dedicated Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients across the lifespan. In this hospital-based role, you’ll assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions while supporting safe, evidence-based care. This position is ideal for a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist seeking meaningful patient impact in a collaborative healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Respiratory Therapy & Patient Care
• Administer respiratory therapy modalities to improve patient breathing and outcomes
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
• Initiate, manage, and wean oxygen and humidified therapies as ordered
• Perform pulmonary function testing and arterial blood gas sampling
Critical Care & Emergency Response
• Set up, operate, and monitor ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and aerosol equipment
• Assist with Code Blue responses, airway management, and cardioversions
• Deliver safe respiratory interventions during emergent and standby procedures
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Utilize medication administration systems to ensure safe medication delivery
• Comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and all regulatory requirements
Equipment, Quality & Operations
• Perform daily quality control and maintenance of blood gas instruments
• Monitor, restock, and manage respiratory therapy supplies
• Review EMR updates to ensure current, coordinated patient care
