Senior/head Of E-commerce (SHOPIFY)

Key responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate a global team of freelancers across design, tech, content, and influencer verticals 2. Plan, execute, and oversee product launches, marketing campaigns, and growth strategies 3. Continuously improve UX and customer journeys using data insights and intuition 4. Drive A/B testing, funnel optimization, and integration of new conversion tools 5. Implement and explore AI-powered solutions to enhance performance, automation, and scalability 6. Analyze market trends and ensure strategies align with European buying behaviour 7. Report directly to the founders and contribute at a strategic decision-making level Requirements: 1. Demonstrate a proven track record in Shopify-led growth, ideally having scaled a brand from 6 to 7 figures 2. Show experience in leading remote teams or managing cross-functional stakeholders 3. Have a deep understanding of UX, CRO, and funnel psychology 4. Exhibit passion for AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Notion AI 5. Possess a background in working with or within e-commerce agencies, scale-ups, or SaaS-driven brands 6. Be proficient in key tools including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Upfluence or similar 7. Be fluent in English; additional language skills such as German or French are a plus
