We are looking for highly driven, analytical, and execution-focused Operations Program Managers to
join the fast-scaling operations team at CNH.
This role is ideal for young, high-potential candidates from Tier 1 backgrounds who enjoy solving real
world operational problems at scale. You will work across multiple teams including doctors, diagnostics
partners, customer operations, product, and business teams to improve healthcare delivery across
India.
At CNH, operations run at massive scale — including managing a network of 500+ doctors for online
and offline consultations, coordinating diagnostics and lab partners across India, and solving day-to-day
operational bottlenecks in healthcare delivery.
This is a high-ownership, founder-style role where you will identify problems, drive cross-functional
coordination, build scalable processes, and ensure execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive end-to-end problem solving
Work closely with internal teams including doctor operations, diagnostics, customer support,
product, and business stakeholders
Coordinate with external partners such as labs, hospitals, and healthcare vendors across India
Build scalable workflows and operational processes
Track operational metrics, SLAs, turnaround times, and escalations
Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution
Analyze operational data to derive insights and improve efficiency
Work on solutioning for new operational challenges as the company scales
Handle ambiguity, take ownership, and execute with speed
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
2–3 years of experience in operations-heavy or execution-driven environments
Candidates from fast-paced startups, consumer tech, logistics, healthtech, fintech, or ops-led
companies preferred
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking abilityExcellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in high-growth, ambiguous environments
Must Have
Candidates from ops-heavy startups preferred
Experience in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
Strong ownership, coordination, and problem-solving mindset
Good to Have
B.Tech graduate from a strong engineering college (IITs/NITs/BITS/top private colleges)
