Head - Supply Chain Management - Manufacturing

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business goals Optimize supply chain processes to improve cost efficiency, quality, and performance Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and distribution planning Oversee transportation management and coordination with 3PL providers Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency and crisis management plans Lead and develop the SCM team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and continuous training Manage budgeting, cost control, and reporting for supply chain functions Integrate and leverage digital tools and data analytics to enhance supply chain operations Ensure compliance with relevant laws and promote sustainability initiatives Collaborate with internal departments to support product launches and align strategies Maintain customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and quality expectations Provide regular performance reports and analyze KPIs to drive improvements Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment Strong strategic planning and analytical skills Expertise in inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution management Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Proficiency in supply chain technologies and data analytics tools Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
