Job Title: Magento Backend Developer
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Bangalore / Calicut
Notice Period: Immediate
Mandatory Skills & Requirements -
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 backend development
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Solid understanding of Magento 2 architecture, MVC pattern, and OOP principles
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Magento 2 modules and extensions
- Proficiency in creating plugins and preferences to extend Magento core functionality
- Understanding of Magento event system and development of event observers
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting scheduled cron jobs
- Knowledge of REST API development and integration with Magento 2
- Experience with GraphQL API development in Magento 2
- Familiarity with Magento 2 caching mechanisms (full-page cache, block cache, query cache)
- Understanding of database indexing and optimization techniques
- Experience working with version control systems (Git)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach
