Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Magento Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Magento (Adobe Commerce), deep expertise in handling complex integrations (including ERP systems), and advanced proficiency in GraphQL APIs. This role requires someone who can lead development teams, drive technical decisions, and take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Magento (Adobe Commerce) solutions for high-traffic ecommerce
- platforms.
- Lead the integration of Magento with ERP systems, third-party APIs, and other enterprise
- solutions.
- Architect and implement GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange and headless commerce
- scenarios.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design,
- coding, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best
- practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality
- solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Magento environments.
- Stay up-to-date with Magento platform updates, security patches, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Magento (Adobe Commerce) development.
- Proven experience with complex integrations, especially ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft
- Dynamic, NetSuite).
- Advanced knowledge of GraphQL APIs and RESTful API design.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and security in Magento environments.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Magento certifications (e.g., Magento Expert Certification).
- Experience with headless Magento implementations.
Key Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- Magento (Adobe Commerce) – strong core development experience
- ERP integrations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
- GraphQL APIs (mandatory) + REST APIs
- End-to-end project ownership and system architecture
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Performance optimization and scalability handling
