Staff Software Engineer

We're an early-stage AI startup building a Sales Copilot used by companies like MongoDB, Figma, Algolia, Dropbox, dbt Labs, and LucidChart. Our product helps Account Executives focus on the right accounts and boost outbound productivity using powerful signals from 1st and 3rd party data. MadKudu is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the technical foundation of the future of sales. We're looking for someone who loves getting into the weeds, a system-savvy engineer who thrives on infrastructure, enjoys fixing what others avoid, and wants high ownership of critical systems. This role is a rare opportunity to work directly with our CTO and shape both product direction and technical architecture from the ground up.
