<div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>Join MADISON RACQUET & SWIM CLUB LLC as a Sports Camp Counselor and make a lasting impact on young athletes! This exciting position offers the chance to inspire and mentor children while fostering a love for sports and teamwork in a fun, engaging environment.</div><div>

</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead and supervise daily sports activities for campers aged 6-14.</li>
<li>Provide instruction in various sports, including tennis, swimming, and team games.</li>
<li>Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among campers.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.</li>
<li>Plan and implement engaging games and competitions.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents about camper progress and behavior.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities in top condition.</li>
<li>Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience working with children in a camp or sports setting.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.</li>
<li>Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about youth sports.</li>
<li>Must be available for the entire camp duration.</li>
<li>Background check required prior to employment.</li>
