We are starting as a tech-enabled invoice discounting platform, enabling small businesses to access fast, hassle-free funding. We are a part of the Qatar Central Bank Regulatory Sandbox.

What will you be working on?

1. End-to-End Development:
   1. Architect, design, and implement full-stack solutions using modern technologies.
   2. Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, paired with robust backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
   3. Actively participate in the design and development of the fintech system, addressing edge cases such as failures, retries, concurrency issues, and ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience
2. System Integration & Performance:
   1. Design and build RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
   2. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring compliance with cross-browser and accessibility standards.
   3. Integration with server APIs, working with React / Bootstrap / responsive UI, developing common UI components and inline code documentation
   4. Integration with Third part and financial institutions to complete the user flows
      
       
3. Agile Collaboration:
   1. Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning to drive continuous improvement.
   2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex supply chain finance requirements into technical solutions that drive business impact.

1. Backend Database Knowledge
   1. Understanding of database normalization principles and schema design
   2. Knowledge of indexing strategies and query optimization techniques
   3. Proficiency in SQL with an emphasis on optimization and performance tuning
   4. Ability to integrate databases with application frameworks 
   5. Knowledge of database patterns for integrating with payment gateways, banking APIs, and financial systems.
   6. . Understanding of reconciliation processes and how to design database structures to support them.

What are the required education and experience backgrounds?

1. Holds bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering
2. Has 4+ years of experience as Full Stack, preferably in the fintech domain
3. Proven experience in the payments / banking / FinTech industry, with a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements
